I have extensive experience of middle management and line management with in MFL and have worked as a Subject Mentor and Schools Direct Mentor
SLE Experience
I have worked with other schools within the borough with a focus on Teaching and Learning and GCSE Controlled Assessment and with other departments and Curriculum Leaders with in my school prior to interviews and departmental reviews. I have worked with teachers who were judged as requiring improvement and helped them to gain judgements of good or better. I have led whole school mentoring for the most able and level 4 pupils.
