Teaching Experience
Since joining the leadership team at Wilmslow High School I have worked in a whole school capacity across a variety of areas, ensuring consistency and a systematic/innovative approach to leadership.
Prior to working at Wilmslow High School I have worked in both leading the curriculum (PE) and in a Pastoral capacity at Priestnall and Tytherington High Schools respectively. Whilst at Tytherington I also led on whole school behaviour approaches.
Further to this, I also have extensive experience of leading a wide variety of curriculum teams at both Tytherington and Wilmslow.
SLE Experience
As an SLE I design bespoke programmes to support schools in a variety of capacities. I have experience supporting the delivery to senior staff/Headteachers and other staff within the school setting. I can provide diagnostic days and do ‘deeper scrutiny’ into highlighted areas of need, including improving systems, launching new initiatives and improving outcomes on a number of levels for students.
