Teaching Experience
In my previous role as an AST I led a wide variety of CPD, including behaviour, both whole school and across Stockport authority for 4 years. I have 9 years’ experience as a subject mentor and I have also led LA training for NQTs and RQTs including at the annual NQT conferences. For the last three years I have held the position of Director of Science.
SLE Experience
As an SLE my primary area of expertise is supporting and leading science departments with a variety of needs. I have experience of working with a number of schools in my current role.
