Teaching Experience
Since joining the leadership team at Cheadle Hulme High School I have working in a whole school capacity across several distinct but connected areas, forming the link between data and the classroom to affect best practice.
Prior to working at CHHS I worked within inner city Manchester. I am a trained facilitator for the OTP and ITP Programmes.
SLE Experience
During 2010-11 I worked regularly with an inner city school in Manchester, attending the school or meeting with senior staff approximately once a week. As part of the Greater Manchester Leadership Strategy I worked on developing a ‘data hub’. This was a project aimed at increasing the attainment of FSM students though effective tracking, monitoring and intervention of all students in a school. I currently support two schools in Greater Manchester working to improve attainment and progress in Science.
