Teaching Experience
I have several years of experience in the line management of the English Faculty at Manchester Health Academy and more recently, the Curriculum Lead for English. In addition to this, I have co-ordinated and co-delivered a bespoke CPD Programme to ensure teaching and learning at the Academy is at least Good. Since joining the Academy Leadership Team, I have also successfully completed a two day Ofsted Observation and Feedback course.
During my teaching career, I have worked as a Lead Teacher, a Professional Mentor for trainee teachers and undertaken the Teaching Leaders Fellows Programme where I received extensive coaching training.
