Teaching Experience
Within my own school I have worked across key stage 2 writing policies, leading staff training, team teaching and producing support material with a particular focus on English. I also worked for 10 years as a publisher for market-leading educational publishers, across primary and secondary sectors.
SLE Experience
I have worked with a local school in Special Measures to drive sustainable improvement by supporting individual staff to strengthen the school as a whole. In addition, I also lead the local English Subject Leader cluster encouraging members to share good practice and facilitating the collaborative creation of a target-setting document for Writing.
