Teaching Experience
I have worked with all departments across school to build and sustain capacity for ITE. A key focus has been to develop training for teachers and their mentors to provide ongoing support and a highly regarded comprehensive programme for all routes into teaching.
SLE Experience
In recent years I have worked with several schools providing support to new Professional Mentors and to aid development of ITE programmes in their school. This has been possible through close links with nearby HEIs and I have been able to work for the University of Manchester on their quality assurance of the secondary programme across the partnership.
