Teaching Experience
As a Subject and Teaching and Learning Leader, I have gained valuable experience in curriculum planning, assessment and intervention. In particular, I have had considerable success working with borderline pupils and have experience of delivering master class sessions for borderline students. I have also delivered whole school and departmental INSETS and have been actively involved in the development of whole school CPD programmes.
SLE Experience
As an SLE, I have supported both secondary and primary school teachers across Greater Manchester and beyond, designing bespoke programmes of support. I have delivered training on KS2, KS3 and KS4 pedagogy and assessment and have designed and resourced new curriculums to support the teaching of new specifications at GCSE.
