Teaching Experience
I am currently an Assistant Headteacher with overall strategic responsibility for Pupil Premium plans, spending and impact. I have experience at all levels of school leadership having been both a Head of Department and Director of Faculty. I have also worked across two different local authorities.
SLE Experience
My early career allowed me to support schools with their provision for Gifted and Talented. I spoke at the National Conference for G and T. However, since the launch of the Pupil Premium I have been involved in the strategic lead of whole school provision. I have experience of leading senior middle leaders and SLT on the use of sound pedagogy to quickly close attainment gaps. Furthermore, I hold an MA in Education, am accredited to deliver the Belbin Team Roles course and am a graduate of the Leadership Pathways scheme.
