Teaching Experience
I have extensive experience of working in a whole school capacity to raise attendance and reduce incidents of poor behaviour. As such I have provided training to all school stakeholders in effective techniques for behaviour management and implemented effective systems to increase attendance.

I have supported a wide variety of schools across the North West in identifying areas for development in terms of key arrendance indicators and whole school methods for addressing negative behaviour
