Teaching Experience
I have taught in and led MFL Departments in a number of schools in different contexts. As Assistant Headteacher at CHHS I have implemented whole school and departmental QA procedures, linked closely to the delivery of the SDP.
SLE Experience
As part of the Greater Manchester Leadership Strategy I worked on developing the ‘MFL Hub’, a project aimed at supporting schools in raising attainment and participation in MFL. I am a trained facilitator and also accredited to deliver Belbin courses in identification and effective deployment of team roles. I have delivered these courses for Departments in my own school and for Leadership Groups in other schools
